How The Star Fin Heat Pipe Manufacturing Process?
1.Firstly form the steel fin strip into a U-shaped channel, then each U channel form as a fin.
2.Then channels are cut to the appropriate length and then oriented along the length of the tube and resistance welded on tube.
3.The channels are welded in pairs, diametrically opposed, therefore the number of fins specified must always be a multiple of four.
4.The longitudinal I/L or U shape fins are welded onto the core plain tubes by resistance welding or welding with filler metal (Spot welded).

The LNG vaporizer is a type of ambient air vaporizer. It utilizes natural air convection to heat the cryogenic liquid (LNG, LO2, LN2, LAr, LCO2, etc.) in the heat exchange tubes, causing it to completely evaporate into gas.
The LPG ambient air vaporizer consists of four parts: a liquid phase pressure regulating device, a vaporizer, a liquid level display, and an over-liquid protection device. The equipment automatically adjusts the liquid level to change the heat transfer area to adapt to changes in production load. In case of over-liquidity, the over-liquid protection device can return the liquid to the bottom of the vaporizer, ensuring safe operation of the equipment.
