Wound L LL KL G Fin Tube Machine
Wound L LL KL G Fin Tube Machine can produce L-type finned tubes, LL-type finned tubes, KL / KLM-type finned tubes, and G-type embedded finned tubes. The finned tubes are usually made of aluminum (copper) fins.

- Embedded type: Using disc-shaped blades, the tube is grooved to a depth of 0.35~0.4mm and a width of 0.5~0.55mm; aluminum (copper) fins are wound into the grooves and pressed tightly by a pressure roller next to the blade, ensuring the aluminum (copper) fins are firmly embedded in the copper or steel pipe.

Wound L LL KL G Fin Tube Machine Introduction:
The fin tube machine utilizes a stepless speed control system to regulate the fin tightness, ensuring the fins are tightly wound onto the smooth tube without loosening.
A variable frequency motor adjusts the fin spacing range (2.3~6mm), resulting in uniform and highly accurate fin spacing.
The transmission system uses a lead screw and rolling mechanism to drive the carriage in a continuous cycle. The gearbox employs a self-developed forward and reverse drive system.

Main Structure of the Equipment:
The bed of the Wound L LL KL G Fin Tube Machine is mainly constructed from welded steel plates. It consists of a worktable, automatic feeding system, precision lead screw drive, circulating cooling system, electrical system, and gearbox.

The machine bed is a fully welded structure, subjected to secondary tempering treatment and remains deformation-free during vibration. The worktable features precisely machined, rationally arranged components for height adjustment, including forming wheels, pressure plates, pressure shafts, cutter heads, pressure rollers, and embossing wheels.


Feeding Mechanism
G Embedded Fin Tubes Finning Machine features pneumatic clamping and precision screw drive;
The clamps are adjusted to ensure consistent positioning for different pipe diameters.
Electrical System
The Wound L LL KL G Fin Tube Machine uses Japanese Mitsubishi electrical components.

1.G-type (Embedded) Finned Tube
Finned Tube Machine Operating Procedures
First: Connect the power supply, turn on the touchscreen, start the motor, manually move the carriage back to its original position, and then switch to automatic mode.
For G-type (embedded) machines: Press the clamping button, turn on the cooling motor, then press the forming button and the cutting button. The fins will be formed through the embedding process. The operation is complete.
2. L (LL) Type Fin Tube
Start the clamping button, turn on the cooling motor, adjust the copper (aluminum) folding width, adjust the pressure plate for tightening, start the operation button, and the fin forming is completed.


3.KL (KLM) Type Finned Tube
Start the clamping button, turn on the cooling motor, adjust the copper (aluminum) flanging width, adjust the pressure plate for tightening, start the start button, form the fins, and start the embossing wheel button. Operation complete.
