Extruded fin tube Formed by extruding the fin material from the base tube wall itself.
Maximum corrosion protection of the base tube, ideal for corrosive atmospheric conditions like offshore applications.

An L-shaped fin is wrapped around the tube base, with the foot of the ‘L’ lying flush on the tube.
Good contact for moderate temperatures up to 170°C, and a cost-effective alternative to extruded fins.

G-Type (Embedded) finned tube the fin base is embedded into a channel in the tube wall for a very strong mechanical bond.
Superior bond strength and high-temperature tolerance (up to 400°C), suited for applications where the fin side requires regular cleaning.

High-frequency welded spiral finned tube fins are resistance-welded to the tube using high-frequency current.
Reliable, strong, clean connection suitable for high-temperature and pressure applications such as boilers, fired heaters, and power generation.

Integral low finned tube Fins are rolled directly from the wall of the tube, reducing the wall thickness under the finned section.
