Common base tube materials and their characteristics
Copper: Copper has good thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance, can quickly transfer heat and maintain structural stability. However, copper is expensive and easily oxidized in high temperature environments.
Aluminum: Aluminum has excellent thermal conductivity and a relatively low price, but it is easy to deform in high temperature environments and has poor corrosion resistance.
Stainless steel: Stainless steel has good corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, and is suitable for various working conditions, but has poor thermal conductivity and requires a larger fin spacing to ensure heat transfer efficiency.
